Discreet Shipping
All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging.
Order Fulfillment Time
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was processed. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery method, your location, delays in customs, etc. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. If your order is fulfilled by more than one supplier you will receive multiple tracking numbers. If the supplier is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Dates and times for delivery of your order are estimates only, and are provided in good faith.
Worldwide Shipping
Menowellness ships products to three countries; Spain, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. Shipping methods vary for each country. Customers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, customs regualtions, taxes, and duties. Menowellness is not responsible for packages delayed or detained by customs. Any additional delivery costs resulting from unknown/unforeseen circumstances, such as customs charges, are the responsibilty of the customer. Menowellness is not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
Shipping Methods
Shipping method is determined by the supplier. If you reside in the United States of America, your order will be delivered by USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEX Ground. Unfortunately, MenoWellness is not able to insure packages.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for your order is a flat rate for each item and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some of the suppliers provide free shipping and we pass that onto our customers. Any additional delivery charges due to unknown/unforeseen circumstances are the responsibilty of the customer.
Shipping Exclusions
We do not ship to prisons, schools, or churches.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to the warehouse as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.
Damaged Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company. If they have not provided you with a satisfactory solution, please email us at info@menowellness.shop with 7 days providing your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will take steps to address your concerns.
